From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were blown away by the exceptional service and attention to detail. Not only were we allowed a late departure, but the staff also kindly assisted us with ironing facilities when we needed them. the heating in the room was perfect, creating a cozy atmosphere for us to relax after a long day of exploring the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of teas and coffees available in our room, perfect for unwinding in our comfortable sitting area. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the comfort of the room, making it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, we were beyond impressed with the hotel and would not hesitate to return in the future.
